Athletes do tend to be hot, ripped and have great stamina so there is lots to get excited about in the muscle sports listed below. Here are some common sports where you can spy some great athletic guys using their muscles in their chosen athletic field. These are also great sports to try if you are looking to build muscles of your own.<\/p>\n

  1. Bodybuilding<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Probably obvious the bodybuilding is our number one sport for appreciating massive muscles and the work it takes to get them looking as good as that. Hours in the gym, professional training plans, strict diets and lots of specific all over muscle development is key in this sport to keep bodybuilders in tip top condition. As a spectator at a bodybuilding competition we are always in awe of the beauty and strength of these chiselled guys.<\/p>\n

    1. Rowing<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Rowing is probably not top of your list when you think of large muscular men but we had a look and you would be pleasantly surprised! Mostly upper body muscle is built when training for this sport but a strong core and leg muscles are also required to be a successful rowing athlete. As rowing is a high calorie burning sport, this helps keep any fat away while leaving the muscles large and ready for action in a ripped and tight condition. Watching the strong arm muscles rhythmically row in unison is a great afternoons watching at any regatta around the world.<\/p>\n

      1. Wrestling<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        There are many different types of wrestling all which require a consistent approach to training meaning athletes that favour wrestling know how important keeping body and mind in shape are. These guys display not only the discipline of keeping their ripped bodies in shape but also the aggression and focus that helps them win their wrestling match. Watching two hunky men wrestle each other for victory is definitely our idea of a great night out.<\/p>\n

        1. Gymnastics<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Again, not something you would automatically think of but have you taken a look at some of the male gymnasts recently? With the sport becoming more professional and the guys being able to train full time and the core focus being on strength and total body conditioning it is no wonder that some of the guys competing in these competitions are seriously ripped! Bulging but lean muscles, strong posture and great flexibility makes gymnasts beautiful to watch.<\/p>\n

            Countless hours in the gym and many more tough contests on the field make rugby players some of the most ripped and definitely the toughest of competitive athletes. Preparing for a rugby match is very like preparing for war and this very physical sport is great to watch these muscle men battle it out on the rugby pitch.<\/p>\n
