We’re Open Doors, a small team that is part of Homerton NHS Sexual Health. We’re a FREE and confidential service that offers non-judgmental advice and support to sex workers based in CITY & HACKNEY, regardless of legal or immigration status.

We can:
• Support with PEP & PrEP, including injectable PrEP – FAST TRACK
• Drug & CHEMSEX support
• Have in-team Independent Sexual Violence Advisors (ISVA), who can support sex workers who experienced sexual violence.
• Provide FREE condoms, lube, oral dams, fingercots etc.
• Support with social and welfare matters with an assigned case worker.
